We had an amazing time at our annual Women in Computing Day on June 4th! This event was FREE for girls who wanted to explore what it’s like to program computers and interact with positive adult role models within our industry. The room was at full capacity!

President John McBeth led the participant introduction. The girls then participated in five different stations: filming stop motion videos against a green screen, programming games on tynker.com, constructing LED circuit cards, playing a finite machine activity and learning how to design wireframes. Pictures from the event are below!
