On Sunday, June 19th, the Washington Post is publishing “Top Places to Work” – a list of the best places to work in the DC metro area. On December 2nd, Next Century was honored at the 2015 Baltimore Sun Media Group’s Top Workplaces reception with not one, but two Awards.
For the second consecutive year, Next Century earned a spot as one of the Baltimore Region’s Top Workplaces (ranked 7th out of 65 small businesses) based on an employee feedback survey.
Next Century was also thrilled to win “The Top Workplaces Special Honors Award for Employee Communication”; one of only 15 Special Honors Awards. Next Century earned this Award because we ranked highest in this category, based on the responses of those surveyed, as compared to all other Top Workplaces winners.
The following quote gleaned from a Next Century employee’s survey that was featured during the awards presentation sums up Next Century’s ongoing commitment to open and honest communication:
“Our managers keep us ‘in the loop’ regarding company financials, direction, and decisions. Ethics and integrity really do matter. I feel like I am doing important work for the country here.”
All awards were publicly announced in last Sunday’s edition of the Baltimore Sun Newspaper and can be found on the Baltimore Sun’s website here.
